Exchange and Returns

 

Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- The receipt must be provided when an exchange is requested.
- Exchanged goods for lesser value, the remaining funds are to be used for store credit.
- Returned goods must be in brand new condition with tags/packaging intact.
- If goods show signs of being worn, washed or damaged the request will be declined.

Returns & Refunds
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- The receipt must be provided when a refund is requested. No receipt no refund.
- Returned goods must be in brand new condition with tags/packaging intact.
- If goods show signs of being worn, washed or damaged the request will be declined.
- Online orders incur a $15 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
- Refunds requested on purchases made using "buy now pay later" services will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover the non-refundable merchant fees.

Shipping Insurance $2.95
This optional insurance covers your order for damage during transit and loss of order by the courier. If any of these events occur we will re-ship the affected items free of charge.

Layby Terms & Conditions (local customers only)
- 8 week layby term - Goods must be paid and collected within this period.
- 25% or $25 deposit required to open a layby - whichever fee is greater.
- Only 1 active layby allowed to be open under your name at any one time.
- No items may be removed early from layby.
- Items may be cancelled and removed from a layby, 10% fee will apply if deposits were paid using a "buy now pay later" service.
